Philadelphia, PA, December 13, 2016 – CLX Logistics, LLC (CLX Logistics), the leader in reliable and seamless global logistics services, announced the expansion of its managed services group today through the strategic appointment of Lisa Carr, Procurement Manager and Marc Chrencik, Director of Operations. The expansion aims to bolster the Company’s growing suite of managed transportation services (MTS) to better serve the needs of its operations team and diverse and global client base.
Recognized leaders in their respective fields, Ms. Carr and Mr. Chrencik bring years’ of supply chain and logistics management experience to their new roles, including specific expertise in chemical logistics. Ms. Carr joins CLX Logistics after her most recent roles serving as Customer Service Manager for Westlake Plastics and prior to that, Supply Chain Operations Specialist for Solvay Specialty Polymers. A supply chain and logistics vet, Ms. Carr is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and a Certified Logistics Practitioner (CLP), maintaining extensive knowledge in scheduling, forecasting and ERP systems. As Procurement Manager, she will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Company’s carrier management program and other key supplier relationships.
Mr. Chrencik joins CLX Logistics as Director of Operations providing active, daily leadership to the managed services operations team to ensure effective execution of operational solutions and excellent customer support. An effective leader throughout his nearly twenty years of experience in the supply chain and logistics industry, Mr. Chrencik was recognized during his most recent role as Director of Materials Management for expertly coordinating low cost sourcing functions, optimizing efficiency and slashing operational expenditures through strategic allocation of human and material resources. At CLX Logistics, Mr. Chrencik will also be responsible for the effective job performance and professional growth of the managed services operations team and the development and maintenance of strong client relationships.
